Mindfulness Meditation with Avery.

When I recognized the profound impacts of practicing mindfulness in my own life, it sparked a passion for sharing it with others to empower individuals and build community. I am a graduate of Jon-Kabat Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course through the Jefferson Health Myrna Brand Center for Mindfulness and I’m currently enrolled in the Unified Mindfulness Foundations course.

Along with my own practice, I have the privilege and honor in leading regular mindfulness sessions in my workplace for employees, doctors, and nurses. I also have experience leading mindfulness and journaling workshops through Focus Barre and Yoga, for the Philly chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and for youth support groups.
